These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MzansiClick, including the website creation service and MzansiClick business directory. By registering, publishing a website or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. MzansiClick Service

MzansiClick provides tools that allow businesses to create and publish a business website and, where applicable, appear in the MzansiClick business directory.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login details secure and for activity performed through your account.

3. Website and Business Information

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the business details, services, contact information, photographs, logos and other content you provide or publish through MzansiClick.

4. Directory Listings

Where directory listing is included or enabled, MzansiClick may display your business information in its directory. Listings may be organised by category, location or other relevant information.

5. No Guarantee of Traffic, Leads or Sales

A MzansiClick website and directory listing provide an online presence, but do not guarantee website visitors, directory views, enquiries, leads, customers, sales, revenue or business success.

MzansiClick also does not guarantee any particular ranking or position on Google, Bing or other search engines.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Where a paid subscription applies, the applicable price and service will be shown before payment. Customers are responsible for ensuring payments are made when due.

MzansiClick may change prices or subscription features in the future. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated where reasonably appropriate.

7. Cancellation and Expiry

If a subscription is cancelled, expires or remains unpaid, the associated website and/or directory listing may be suspended or removed from public access.

Refunds and cancellations remain subject to applicable South African consumer law.

8. Customer Content

You must have the necessary rights or permission to use content uploaded to MzansiClick. You must not knowingly upload copyrighted photographs, logos, trademarks or other material that you are not authorised to use.

9. Prohibited Use

MzansiClick may refuse, suspend or remove websites, accounts or listings involving unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or otherwise prohibited activity or content.

10. Service Availability

MzansiClick aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting problems, network failures, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions.

11. Third-Party Services

MzansiClick may rely on third-party services including payment, hosting, email and other technology providers. Those services may operate under their own terms and policies.

12. Transactions With Listed Businesses

Unless specifically stated otherwise, MzansiClick is not a party to transactions between visitors and businesses listed on the platform. Businesses remain responsible for the products and services they advertise and provide.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MzansiClick will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including loss of sales, revenue, profits, customers or business opportunities.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected through MzansiClick will be handled in accordance with the MzansiClick Privacy Policy and applicable South African law.

15. Changes to These Terms

MzansiClick may update these Terms and Conditions as the platform develops. The latest version will be published on the MzansiClick website with its updated date.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
